Now getting backlinks is important but you should also be very careful with how you go about getting backlinks. You want them from sites that are going to stay active. You want them to have higher PR link and you also want to get them from real content site, OR it might backfire.
You see, when you get links from farm sites there is a good chance that sooner or later Google is going to notice those links are from farm site. This way you run a risk of actually getting your site banned from Google Search Engine and all your effort goes down the drain!
Plus if those sites don’t stay active the link juice you are getting also drops down. So you have to keep on getting more and more backlinks…which really makes it hard on you.
Second, they will never EVER get you any traffic. Now if you do this manually and high HIGH traffic blogs for example for commenting, you will get lots of traffic from people clicking on your links, and if your site is niche targeted, you will enjoy this extra traffic for years to come!

Ok if you are looking to get LOTS of free traffic from search engines you have to rank higher in Google and other search engines. Now. Google currently being number one!
Now if you are going to rank high, you need to do some keyword research of course. These keywords need to have at least 30 daily searches and the competition below 50K. Preference on 40K or less!
Your next step is to optimize your content for your keywords. So if you picked the “How to Get Rid of Acne” you want to rank higher in Google for that term.
Now once you have your page optimized and listed in Google’s index, your next step is to get backlinks to your site. We do provide that service for you, but we will explain how you can do this on your own!
You can use the Social Bookmarking to get indexed and backlinks. This is the fastest possible especially if you are using automated services such as Social Marker which is an automated submitter, however, it takes a while to submit to all of those.
Your second option is to use OnlyWire, it has less options but very fast. you can expect to get at least 20 backlinks from there.
Now start commenting on other blogs to get more backlinks. This means you use the Name space for your main keywords and the url for the url you want to rank for.
You can submit pleanty of articles so you can get more backlinks to your site. Articles are great as not ONLY do you get backlinks, but you get traffic.
You can also get backlinks and traffic by being active in forums. Most people do not realize how much extra credit Google gives you for that, and further more for the traffic as well.
You can also post classified ads on sites such as craigslist to get more exposure.
